| Suggested Use |
Lavender is known for its nerve tonifying, relaxing and calming properties, making it ideal for use before sleep. Our micronisation process enhances the effect of the extracts. Adults: 1-4 sprays directly into the mouth, or in water, 1-2x daily. Children: 1-2 drops or 1 spray daily. Start at the lowest dose. |
