MITOCHONDRIA: What is the significance of the mitochondria, and why do we need them?

SUGGESTED USE: What is the best dose for PowerCell PrO ENERGY?

The PowerrCell PrO ENERGY Rule: Go Slow, Start Low. The typical dose is 1 capsule daily.

Weight Guidlines: <20kg - open the capsule and use a dab of powder in the mouth, or in water or juice, 20-40kg - half a capsule daily, opened and put in a little water or juice (it is has a palatable sweet/sour taste), 40-80kg - 1 capsule daily. 80+kg - 2 capsules daily may be needed to boost, starting on 1 daily.

General Use: It is recommended that you start on one (or less if small) capsule daily, in the morning. Stay on this dose for at least a week before increasing your dose. Over time you may feel the need to take more, and we recommend that you build slowly up to three capsules daily, if needed. Bear in mind that if you have good energy and improved health on one capsule daily, there is no need to increase your dose.

SPIRULINA: What is the difference between PowerCell PrO ENERGY and other Spirulina brands? I have used other Spirulina brands before and although I liked it, it didn't have anywhere near this kind of an effect on me - I have so much energy and am also happier.
