• You read the instructions - do a simple mouth swab first thing in the morning before drinking, eating or brushing teeth.
• You courier the kit to our lab the same day.
• Your test results are emailed to you within 2 weeks of the lab receiving your sample.
• You book an appointment to discuss your results with our Functional Medicine Practitioner, if needed.
• You upload the PDF report into our handy and comprehensive Gene Decoder web app for more detailed information to support easy use of your genetic results report.
