How to Access Your Free Downloads

We’re excited to offer you a range of digital downloads at no charge. The PDFs are courtesy of the Institute of Functional Medicine, and the ebooks are by our in-house team -  designed to support your journey towards better health and wellness. To access these free resources, simply add them to your cart and complete the checkout process. After checking out, you’ll receive two emails from us:

  1. Order Confirmation: A summary of your order.
  2. "Your Downloads Are Ready": This email will contain a link for each download you’ve ordered.

Click on the link provided for each document to be taken to a dedicated page on our website. There, you’ll find the title of the document and a "Download Now" button. Click this button to download the PDF directly to your device.
